Don't forget, it took more than a few years to get in the pit, DECIDE to get out and deal with the costs. I expect to have my Credit Nightmare resolved in relatively short order, but remember, I've been at this- personally- for three years before I reached out to Ovation and I wish I'd done that first. My credit rating has already significantly improved and I am prepared to do all that I can to keep digging-out while trusting that Gerri S. The remaining issues are severe, but not quite as urgent, allowing for more strategy and I expect very positive solutions. on how best to proceed and successfully resolved the impending situation with a settlement. Doing my own due diligence, I verified with my Case Manager, Gerri S. Ovation escalated my case immediately with my first contact, as I had active and pending court-dates- having Creditors with dripping-fangs already dangerously close. Ovation Credit Services has remained in close contact, provided excellent follow-up, and positive support, along with transparency of actions on my behalf. The price of digging out of trouble is actually quite reasonable- remember that first- even with the monthly bite as the work continues. Having worked with a very poor company that charged me thousands of dollars in advance and then abandoned me (along with many others) I was guarded as to what I could expect- but I also knew I needed help. I hope to see a better outcome and with Ms. Wright i am giving Ovation Credit another chance and the time to attack my credit situation the right way. Wright made sure to fix the issue while also rectifying the issue of payments to the company for services rendered, or in this case the lack there of. It took 6 case workers to finally catch that, so i was a little annoyed by this. Unfortunately we discovered that my files got frozen in transit. She was very understanding and made sure she went over every detail of my case with me. I explained to her everything that has transpired so far since using their services. Wright has restored the faith i have in Ovation to get the job done. Over these past 6 months i have gotten little to know communication or guidance from Ovation on my current credit situation. I have had 5 different case advisors plus my current one. I would have given this a 1 star rating to be honest however i received assistance from a great employee that changed this to a 4 star review.I have been using the services for about 6-7 months.
